More photos and the latest News

After Kathleen came to Iceland we have been busy working and not much time for anything else; but we have been able to do a couple of things like going horseback riding, trip to Dettifoss and Ásbyrgi and a sightseeing flight (there is a photo from the sightseeing flight in an earlier blog from Dyngjujökull...did anyone guess that by the way?). We have also been around Mývatn and to the Nature Baths about 7 times... Nice:).
This October I went to Reykjavík and played with my band Hekkenfeld in Café Amsterdam. It was a big success so who knows maybe we'll do it again next year...a yearly event...why not:)
When October ends, our work place: Hótel Reynihlíð closes for three months, and we move to the south part of the lake and work at Sel Hótel Mývatn until Christmas. After an Icelandic Christmas and New Year the plan is to go to Africa for 4-5 months (cape town to Cairo). Exciting times indeed. :)
This summer has gone by like lightning and now it is winter. I thought the summer was just beginning when it was over. Below are a couple of photos from Mývatn in autumn colors(more photos soon):
